What sets fortitude apart from other therapy providers? 

With over 20 years of Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Pilates and Movement Education experience, you will receive a complete personal and professional perspective that is specific to your needs. Each person has a different body, individual personality, unique mind and specific goals they want to reach. Do I need a prescription from a doctor before coming to you?

In the state of Colorado, physician scripts or referrals are not required for Physical Therapy services. We are a direct access state. If you would like to consult with a physician prior to starting any therapy or fitness programs we encourage you to do so.

There are two different ways to sign up. You may:

Where are you located?

We provide services in the North/West Metro Area of Denver, Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, Louisville, and Arvada. There is an option to meet at your home or at a clinical location. This will be determined according to what your needs are and after our connection conversation.

Do you take insurance?

Our goal is to provide affordable and effective physical therapy and movement services. Every visit is individualized to your specific needs. By staying out of network with insurance, I can provide you with the highest level of one-on-one care without needing to limit our time together. No I do not take insurance. If you request it, I will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance, ESA, HSA, or FSA for reimbursement. Fortitude accepts private pay through cash, check, venmo and zelle.


What is my next move ?

Personally, I wanted to see if you would click on this… The next move is what you are going to do! Will you make a choice to research more. You may decide to want to feel good, be healthy, and move? Will you find an avenue for better health and happiness. If there is a way that I can help with this process please let me know.


Do you treat kids?

The answer is yes! …but this depends on what they have going on. I treat most all orthopedic injuries, strength and stability issues, postural dysfunction and mobility problems. I have children of my own that are extremely active and have sports injuries and have been a high school athletic trainer. So yes I treat kids that are usually around ages 10 and up…. always give me a call to have the conversation to see if we area a good fit!
