At Fortitude, Bree is not only a physical therapist, she is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and running coach. She is focused on the prevention of injuries and the overall fitness level needed to have her clients maintain their desired level of sports performance. Bree exclusively addresses nagging chronic injuries of all age levels of athletes by identifying the source of the problem. Repetitive injuries are a sign of inefficient movement patterns and dysfunction.

She incorporates exercise science, nutrition, and sports psychology throughout her care. A variety of  treatment techniques include myofascial release, dry needling, muscle strengthening and stabilization, and the reeducation of movement through specific whole body functional exercise. As all visits are concierge visits, she can visit you in a home, office, or at another convenient location.
